one day theatre festival
The Sumner Plays One Day Theatre Challenge is a unique event first started in 2015. All area middle school and high school students are invited to participate!
Students will be immersed in a completely fabulous, completely fun day of acting, rehearsing and performing. This event will begin at 9:00 am with students randomly chosen to become part of a two/three-person team.
Each team will be assigned a short one-act play that they will be tasked with memorizing and rehearsing, culminating in a Performance Showcase beginning at 6:30 PM that same evening.
